Welcome to the site that allows you to share your opinions about the PPA. All of us have experienced the dreaded "violation", and now its time to rant about it! We'd love to hear your stories about getting your car towed, getting the boot, parking tickets, or trying to reason with the parking authority. You got the fine, so now lets complain about it!

This site is not affiliated with the PPA in any way and is a platform to share opinions about a common interest.

  1. There was this time that I experienced with a friend that I will call "E"...well "E" and I reviewed where I had just parked on Lombard and analyzed whether or not it was okay where I parked. So we scoped out the scene and determined that we did not see any signs stating no parking. Apparently we did not do such a good job scoping out the scene and I had a ticket the next morning...and actually, we really didn't put that much effort to really reviewing whether or not I could park there. Seriously, don't we live in a democracy and shouldn't I be able to park anywhere I want anyway. There is no reason that that area should be no parking anyway as I was not blocking a drive, near a fire hydrant, etc. I blame this on Harding as we have gone down a slippery slope since he has been in office. Seriously? So the moral of the story that I have learned is not to have a car in the city and get a pair of decent shoes to walk in.
